Track your progress with the digital performance monitor, which displays data on time, pace, calories, and distance. The monitor is also Bluetooth HRM compatible (sold separately), allowing you to monitor your heart rate.

With 7 levels of smooth magnetic resistance, you can choose to increase resistance for a full muscle burn or lower resistance to build endurance. The multi-grip handles enable you to switch your grip and target more specific muscles in the upper body, while the adjustable layback lets you optimize core engagement and power with each stroke.
